Who?

My name is Rose A C Howard...also ‘Rosemoo’ and ‘Twosocksclifton’.

I am female, 29 years old, small but strong, and I wear glasses.

I have a BFA in theatrical design from Ithaca College

What?

I make all sorts of art. I read books. I make and wear silly hats.

I sell all manner of silly things on Etsy.

Currently I am working at a bookstore in Larchmont, NY.

Where?

I am working as a freelance designer/artist in the general area of New York City.

I live in Golden’s Bridge with my husband Adam and our Bernese Mountain Dog Rayna.

Why?

My life goals include working with children, making art and bringing fun and energy to all around me. Also making good food and more good friends.  Maybe I’ll write a book or two...

When?

I used to work on and off Broadway mostly making props and puppets. I have been seen in NYC, Ithaca, NY, Brunswick, ME, and even London, England (where I worked for six months in a fancy whiskey society bar...no, really!).

How?

In my free time, I drink tea, read classic plays, novels and comic books.

I teach sock monkey building. I make strange art from socks and scrap fabric.

I listen to Nerdcore and New Wave music and dance while doing the dishes.

Sometimes you can catch me watching cult horror movies and listening to podcasts.
