I worked with Steve all through this process. From helping him do the research, to building several quarter inch scale model boxes for his design meetings, to sitting through tech. The Kitchen Theatre is a small space, and it is challenging to make it feel different for every show. Having worked with Steve repeatedly there, I found myself able to make suggestions and influence his choices in the design without imposing my ideas on him. This was my favorite production that I have assisted him with.
